I was introduced to Jim Rohn years ago when I was with Herbalife. He has always been and still is my FAVORITE speaker to listen to. His “grandfatherly” approach is calming and challenging at the same time.

I met Jim as a result of being a trainer for Tony Robbins back in the 80′s. Tony always spoke so highly of Jim and used his phrases so often like “success leaves clues,” “they’ll come and take your furniture,” and “for your life to change you’ve got to change.”
As the years have passed, I’ve found that I still listen to the timeless wisdom of Jim Rohn, the beautifully coined phrases, his clear gentle voice, and the essence of a man who has quietly changed my life as well.
Thank you Jim. I will continue to carry the torch for you as well.

Jim Rohn has had as much an impact on my life as Earl Nightingale’s Strangest Secret had so many years ago. His philosophy and life lessons have had a profound impact on the quality of my life.

I first heard Jim live in 1995. What power, and wisdom. He resonated with my heart. On my many travels to St George I would play his tapes over and over again, and I would hear my little daughter repeat “How many books should you read? As many as you can…”, and she would continue on. So, as we live these principles, and share them, and the CD’s with our posterity, Jim’s work will live on through all of us, and the whole world will be made better by it. I loved the tribute, and I cried as everyone shared their love for this great man. I share mine also, and I can’t but think how Jim would like to call his Dad, and share with him how much he enjoyed the tribute. God bless, and know that families are eternal. You have touched many lives for good!

Mr Rohn, a “seasoned citizen” myself, you have been a guiding light in my world for many years. A gal born in Appalachia with a formal education that did not go beyond high school, but an informal education that could not be found in any building or group of buildings. I learned and learned and learned from you, your books, tapes, CDs and newletters and the library. I went from third-shift phone operator to VP of a large, publicy-traded organization and later became an entreprener and had the opportunity to speak to many groups, including a group of 20,000. I never failed to quote you…
Just an indication of the generational influence that you’ve had: Recently, my son and his family toured a model home. When they returned to their car, my son turned to his wife and said “Beautiful home, but it’s too expensive.” My 6 year old grandson, listening from the back seat said “Dad, it’s not too expensive, you just can’t afford it.” Wow! When you thought I wasn’t listening……..

I saw Jim Rohn when I was 18 years old at a seminar he gave called “Adventures in Achievement.” I rejected going to college because my parents wanted me to and I was working as a cook in a restaurant. He changed my life. The gentleman that took me, Darrel Aston, was my boss/manager at the restaurant and introduced me to other wisdom such as the book “Think and Grow Rich” by Napoleon Hill. I have read books by Jim Rohn and listened to a lot of his recordings along with the books and recordings by many of the other people in the video link below. He might very well be the man on this planet that has affected my life the most. Watch the video above. It gives you just a little taste of who this man is and who I strive to be. I am so happy Mr. Rohn started to introduce stories about Christ and wisdom from the Bible into his materials over the last decade. The video made me well up…

I had the pleasure to meet Jim Rohn at the 2004 Leadership event.
Jim Rohn teaches that there are many things we can get hung up about in life, but getting hung up won’t solve many problems. Getting a goal, getting down to business and sticking with it will get us there.
What a man, what a voice what a message.

There will always be only one Jim Rohn; however, with every ear who listens to him speak, there is a seed which is planted. With every action taken from his words, there is a sprout which has been exposed. With every success from his shared wisdom, there will always be a stem that will extend to his Legacy.

I first got to know Jim Rohn at a live seminar about 14 years back in Vancouver BC. It’s 2009 now and I am currently in a different part of the world …Pakistan. I find his teachings to be universal and applicable everywhere in all cultures and religious settings. His message has helped me and helps me help others on an ongoing journey of personal development.

I just wanted to say my husband and I have listened to Jim Rohn for so many years, but unfortunately have procrastinated in some ways. With God’s help we will pick those tapes back up and have the life that he has spoken about so many times and not just for ourselves, but live a life that is a blessing to others as well. I am so sad to hear of Jim Rohn’s passing. I have listened to his CDs in my car for hours on end. He has influenced my life, encouraged me, inspired me to be the best I can be. The man Jim Rohn was introduced into my life many years ago. However, I didn’t realize what I had been exposed too. I too will miss his wisdom, but his guidance and wisdom will live on. Even though I understand that Jim has passed on to another type of existence, I can’t help feeling a little selfish in wishing he was still with us. His unique expressions and commitment to manifesting a higher self helped me personally, especially in earlier, darker days. Now, thanks to Jim, I am living an exceptional life! My love to you, Jim, wherever you may be now. Carmen

Jim Rohn was the best business philosopher that I ever listened to. He was an incredible speaker and I had the good fortune of watching a seminar in person. I own everything he has ever produced. I would just like to let people know, in his passing, what a powerful influence he was. Thank you Jim!

I do not know where to begin. My eyes cannot hold the tears anymore. It is like seeing the forest burn down in front of you and you can not do anything to stop the Fire. However, we know that after the fire ceases, the land will be filled with a lot ash, which will help fresher and healthier trees to grow. Mr. Jim Rohn is the ASH to make the trees grow even bigger and healthier. He was second to none in our generation.

This notification of Jim passing sent me looking for those old cassette tapes I used to listen to when I was building my Shaklee business. Oh that voice! What great memories!That was over 30 years ago! I hope to find them and rekindle that inspiration.

Jim Rohn is a master at presenting what may seem complex in a simple, easy to understand way. Other than Jesus Christ no other person has opened my eyes to understand life and myself as Jim did. Although we see the world around us some look at things and understand them in a different way. Thank God Jim looked at life..understood it..and shared his insights with us….R.I.P Jim Rohn.

I am deeply saddened to hear of the recent passing of Jim Rohn. Jim knew how to say it, to get to your heart and head. He was a genius in being able to keep it simple for all to learn from his words of wisdom. He has been a true legend and the best in the personal development arena. What a legacy he has left for others to learn from! I will certainly ensure my children and their friends and children will continue to learn from Jim’s amazing, entertaining and life-altering works.

I heard Jim Rohn deliver an outstandingly powerful message at a seminar 30 years ago. I was able to take my son with me as a special gift for his 16th birthday. He wasn’t to sure about the whole experience but I venture to say that as Jim would have explained it – it isn’t what’s taught as much as what is caught that matters most! Jim is by far my most favorite motivational speaker. I truly am saddened to hear of his death, but will cherish the wisdom he imparted and the lessons that were taught and caught every time I listen to his tapes. God Bless the Rohn family as they have lost an Angel from their inner circle.

I have just learned about Mr. Jim Rohn and his teachings about 6 months ago. In this short period of time I have learned and grown so much. He is truely an Angel on earth and now in Heaven. Thank you so much for he has touched our lives. These Gold Lessons will be with me and my son forever. Thank you very much Mr. Jim Rohn!!!

Hard Worker, but he’s…..
We’ll always remember those lines about that fictional character in all of Jim’s talks. What a great person, speaker, motivator who truly left his mark. Let’s all make sure this national treasure gets passed on to our future generations. There are few that have his “uniqueness.” Happy to have known him, and will allways remember and continue my journey of learning from him through cassettes and CDs. God I wish I’d met him.

Jim Rohn was a leader to many here on earth. Jims greatest acheivement however was to obtain eternal life through his beleif in Jesus and faith in his finished work. Imagine if for him now it was all over! Instead he lives for ever…he has eternal life…and the greatest part is this. On earth most of us will feel incredibly small beside Jim. But we too, can lay hold of the greatest acheivment he ever made…thats what he would want for all of us.

In My first business I received a gift of Jim Rohn’s CD Building Your Network Marketing Business. After wards, I used every spare dollar to buy as many copies of that CD that I could and passed it out like Life Savers on airplanes, in team meetings and as part of welcome kits. I listened to that CD so much, I can almost recite it word for word. Jim’s words are like a gift that keeps giving every time someone shares a quote. You helped changed my mindset and gave me direction to enjoy a fabulous life! Thank you. I love you. You live on forever in the hearts of networkers everywhere.

I have only heard of Jim Rohn about 6 months ago when I subscribed to Success Magazine.I listened to a track of the September issue & love what he had to say. I have since got another CD & I plan to get all his stuff. My real regreat i that I will never have the honour of seeing him on stage.

Thank you thank you thank you!! Im 22 years old and your philosophy has changed my life giving it a whole new direction. There’s just so many things that are so powerful and we NEVER notice them. jim rohn was an incarnation of god. how else do you explain a package like he had : resonant voice,gripping delivery style,relevant and indispensable content,the entire gamut of topics we have to deal with in this life,not even a single superfluous word or sentence,supreme command of the stage,walked the talk.His talks should replace the current university curriculum because every person who graduates in them will be formidably equipped to meet the challenges in life and enjoy overcoming them.
