Denise keeps you moving in this dvd. At least you know it is only 12 minutes. I became hooked on Denise 4 years ago on her travel and exercise television program. It was on tv at 6am - for 30 minutes. I was able to exercise, then shower and head to work. Denise definitely keeps me motivated. Love that!

I have been a Denise Austin fan for years. I own 10 or more of her videos, including this one (which is great) and I also have a self-recorded collection of her daily Fit and Light and Daily Workout shows, which, I am very sad to say, are no longer on the air! I am SO happy I recorded them! I think the daily shows are actually my favorite because of the variety - I tend to get bored, and I know that changing your routine improves the effects of your workout. Also, I never know exactly what’s coming, so I can’t dread the workout - and I know it’s only a half hour, which I can ALWAYS get through! My results are better when I’m doing the daily shows.
Denise is my hero… I am just a few months younger than Denise and also 5′4″ - she is an inspiration to me on what I can achieve. My kids call me the “Food Natzi” and the “Fitness Natzi” and “Grandma Tofu” - I have stayed in incredible shape over the years, thanks in large part to Denise.
I have more energy than most people far younger than I am, thanks to eating right and daily exercise.
I would LOVE to meet Denise someday.
Thanks, Denise, for your incredible contribution to health and fitness, and in the process a better quality of life. You are truly an inspiration!

I love Denise. I am 57 and she has been an inspiration in my life. I have kept fit along the years thanks to Denise. But I miss the ESPN shows. I taped them but they are too old and lack quality. Is there a way I could get them?
