Dr. Nat Williams, founder and CEO of Pennsylvania-based social services group HumanWorks Affiliates. In this short video clip from his DVD The Navigator of Life, Williams explains how realizing your core beliefs in life can help you when making important decisions.  His uses two charts–one that displays five common responses to conflict, power, control, self-sabotage, recklessness and wisdom; and another that describes eight common core beliefs–to demonstrate this intricate system.

This is brilliant, accurate and a great road map for people. The problem is when people, to steal a phrase I once heard, take the selfish highway, they have little interest in self control and rationalization. The result is they don’t see why their life is a mess.

Thank you for sharing Success. I hope many benefit from this short but potentially high-impact video.
