Great video Mel. Your brain is a muscle. just like athletes who repeat certain actions, over time their bodies acquire muscle memory. We can train our brain to have muscle memory by performing tasks over and over again, even the ones we don’t like.

I love 3 minutes of motivation. Mel really reminds me that it is okay about the way I am feeling and that it is normal to feel this way. I am only more determined to continue “pushing through” and to accept and embrace these feelings that make me feel uncomfortable in order to achieve my goals.
